Ordering Information

At Wishware Designer Jewellery everything is hand made by Louise Jensen. When an order is placed you can expect it to be created especially for you and sent within 12 days.

Although we try to have all the components and materials in stock, this is not always possible.

In the case of you ordering something that is out of stock: we will either substitute it for a similar product or email you to let you know about the process of your order.

All orders to stores will be gift wrapped and include store tags in the price.

Care Information

All of the components used in our jewellery ranges are of the highest quality and include a 30 day return policy for breakages.

Products that are tarnished or otherwise damaged due to misuse will not be accepted for return. Handling pieces with due care and consideration will ensure that you will be able to enjoy your jewellery for a long time to come.

Shipping Information

All orders will be despatched via Express Post which can be tracked by calling Australia Post on: 131318. Orders will take from 1- 3 days to arrive to your location from time of postage.
